Recent internal data records nearly $8 billion in land and ranches for sale in the Copper State. This comprises nearly 753,000 acres of Arizona land for sale. Of the 15 counties in the state, Maricopa County had the most land and farms for sale. There were 4,668 acres of sold land in Arizona recorded in January through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a seven percent change in sales activity over the month before, with a combined land value of $8 million for all property and land sold in the state. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Cochise County.
