Recent internal data lists $486 million in farms, ranches and other land for sale for sale in the Apache State. This represents 380,350 acres of land for sale in the state. Of Arizona's 15 counties, Apache County had the most rural property and land for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Arizona on Lands of America recently was $22 million, although the median price for land and other rural acreage for sale in Arizona was $178,279. The average price of land and rural real estate for sale in Arizona was $461,550. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program in August 2018, Arizona is among the country's top five states for land sold during the month. This reflects an increase in sales activity over data from July 2018. Apache County recorded the most land sales recently in the state.
