Recent data from Lands of America shows appromixately $598 million in land for sale in the Grand Canyon State. This represents a total of 280,626 acres of land for sale in the state. Of Arizona's 15 counties, Maricopa County had the most land and rural real estate for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Arizona on Lands of America recently was $20 million, while the average price of land, homesites and other rural acreage for sale in Arizona was $466,490. There were 1,039 acres of sold land in Arizona recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a 14 percent decrease in sales activity over the previous month. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $4 million. Maricopa County recorded the most land sales recently in the state.
