Directions to the Land

From the Town of Snowflake, take the Concho Highway (Rd. 5020) east approximately 13 miles, then take a left at Girabaldi Road, a well-maintained dirt/gravel road. Proceed north of Girabaldi for approximately 2.6 miles and turn left onto Quartermaster Trail and proceed west a mile before turning right onto an unnamed dirt road. Proceed north on that road for a mile. That is the southeast corner of the property. From there, the property extends approximately 660 feet west and 1,320 feet north, with a dirt road running all along the east and north sides.
